No Delivery Charges throughout Auckland CBD
If your catering delivery address is anywhere within Auckland CBD, then there will be no additional charges to your order. There are small charges outside of this area, which you will be informed in the checkout area as you input your delivery address. All delivery charges are also waived if your order is above $600.
Simple Ordering & Payment Terms
Order cut-off time for next day delivery is 6pm, giving you plenty of time to cater for those last minute meeting arrangements.
We have an efficient online shopping cart system that is catering focused, providing you with some key functionality:
Multiple Delivery Times - ability to choose several drop-off times for events such as all-day meetings, etc.
Delivery & Order notes - ability to add specific notes for the driver and packer
Purchase Order & Cost Centres - ability to address the invoice to internal company profit centres if applicable
Payment terms are simple at Melba Catering, you can click & choose to pay either via Credit Card or Invoice when checking out.
Tax invoices are sent upon the completion of every delivery.
All unpaid invoices are due by the 20th of the following month from the delivery date.
Account statements are sent at the beginning of each month to help your team stay on top of any due invoices.
