Mixed Platter - Salad Boxes

Ideal quantity selected should be equivalent to the number of guests. Pair the salads with a mixed platter of sandwiches (half the quantity as guests) as well as a platter of sweet slices to cater a complete corporate lunch.

We will put together a good selection of salads from our menu. The platter will consist a mix of our most enjoyed meat and vegetarian selection.
