Simple Ordering & Payment Terms

Ordering your catering is made easy by using our efficient online shopping cart system and filling in some of the following key details:

 

Delivery Time - ability to choose multiple times if several deliveries are required on the day

Preference notes - ability to add order notes for the kitchen teams as well as drivers and packers, to suit your requirements.

Purchase Order or Cost Centre - ability to address invoices to specific internal company codes, keeping your accounts department happy.

 

Payment terms are simple at Melba Catering, with the ability to pay either via Credit Card or Invoice when checking out.

 

Tax invoices are sent upon the completion of each delivery and account statements at the beginning of the month, to help your team stay on top of any due invoices.

Due date for invoices is 20th of the following month from delivery date.

 

 

No Delivery Charges throughout Auckland CBD

If your catering delivery address is anywhere within Auckland CBD, then there will be no additional charges to your order. There are small charges outside of this area, which will be detailed in the checkout area as you input your delivery address. All delivery charges are also waived if your order is above $600.
